Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bowling Alley / Play Centre Staff. This role is essential in creating a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, assisting with their needs, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue, and ensuring a great experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in getting set up for bowling or play activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about services and assist in resolving issues.
• Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for families, groups, and individuals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering exceptional service and going the extra mile when needed.

Food & Beverage:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards when handling food and drink items.
• Take customer orders.
• Ensure food orders are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness of the play area, bowling lanes, dining areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Regularly clean tables, chairs, equipment, and high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.

Other Duties:

• Assist in organizing and running birthday parties, events, or other group activities, providing excellent service and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must be over the age of 18.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cooking and food handling experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, particularly in food handling and cleaning.
• Must be able to work weekdays, evening and holidays as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
