Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential strategic partners that align with our brand values and business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and mutual value.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including contract preparation and initial training.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns and joint ventures.
  • Monitor partnership performance and prepare monthly reports for leadership on key growth metrics.
  • Organize and facilitate periodic partnership reviews to identify areas for optimization and expansion.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and networking sessions.

Searched Skills and Requirements

  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow professional networks and strategic alliances.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a significant advantage for managing local Danish partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and win-win scenarios.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership lifecycles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and collaborative tools like Slack and G-Suite.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in partnership coordination, account management, or business development.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
