We are hiring a Parts Advisor to join our busy Aftersales department. This role is vital in supporting our workshop, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts supply and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians efficiently and accurately.
- Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Managing stock levels, deliveries and returns.
- Supporting Service Advisors with pricing and availability.
- Ensuring correct parts are issued to job cards.
- Handling retail and trade counter enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control systems.
- Assisting with warranty parts returns and documentation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous motor parts experience essential.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Good IT and stock management system skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced workshop environment.
- Reliable, proactive and team orientated.
- Knowledge of Opel/ Citroen parts is an advantage but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€42,907.12 per year
