As a Collision Center Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the collision repair process. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the inventory of parts required for vehicle repairs, maintaining accurate records, and ordering necessary parts promptly. You will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and insurance adjusters to identify and source the correct parts, ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as you will be responsible for tracking parts from order to delivery, resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring that parts meet the quality and safety standards required for repairs.
In addition to inventory management, you will provide exceptional customer service, assisting both internal and external customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability. Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with suppliers and negotiate the best prices while maintaining positive vendor relationships. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and support to the collision center team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive parts management, familiarity with collision repair processes, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
