About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a customer-driven Parts Technician who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

As the first point of contact in our branch, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience—welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with our Sales and Service teams, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience for every customer who walks through the door or calls in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the welcoming face of our Parts department—front counter & phone enquiries
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver fast, accurate support for parts enquiries and orders
• Collaborate with Service & Sales teams to meet customer needs
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and backorders to keep customers informed
• Maintain an organised, well-presented front-of-house environment
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts efficiently

About You

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people daily
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
• Mechanically minded or interested in agriculture (advantageous)
• Previous parts or retail experience is a bonus—but not essential
