Looking for a flexible, hands-on role where you can make a real impact locally?

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Parts & Retail Assistant to join our close-knit team in Parndana.

About the Opportunity
This is a busy, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

With flexibility of working hours during the week, this role is ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while still being part of a high-performing team.

You’ll be working closely with our Branch team and customers daily— helping farmers get the parts they need, when they need them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for retail parts sales
• Support internal parts sales across Service & Sales teams
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and backorders
• Pick, pack, and process parts orders
• Keep customers informed on new products and promotions
• Help maintain a smooth, organised branch operation

About You

• A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, and happy to jump in where needed
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working both independently and as part of a small team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior agricultural experience required—we value attitude over experience.
