Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Parts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and retail sales, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in various automotive diagnostics and maintenance tasks. The Associate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing inventory and assisting with sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Manage inventory control, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for cashiering and sales transactions efficiently.
• Assist in sales management by promoting products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history and customer interactions using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Engage in effective negotiation with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
• Uphold dealership standards by ensuring cleanliness and organization within the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair and service with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued.
• Familiarity with retail math, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting purposes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Experience in cash handling and cashiering within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive services is a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
