We are currently seeking a permanent full-time person.
Job Summary/Responsibilities
· Maintain an efficient parts purchasing process in a heavy equipment and truck shop team environment
· Communicate with heavy truck and equipment parts suppliers
· Create and follow purchasing processes
· Confirm warranties and core deposits
· Receive truck and equipment parts
· Communicate with field staff on Microsoft teams
· Review daily inspection reports
· Create, monitor progress of and close work orders
· Track and schedule fleet preventative maintenance
Requirements
· Must have strong time management and administration skills
· Must have strong knowledge of heavy equipment and heavy truck maintenance
· Must be fluent in English – speak, read and write
