Responsibilities
Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed
- Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and clinic area
- Assist with patient intake paperwork and data entry into EMR system
- Support clinicians and staff with administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and scheduling software (experience with EMR systems is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude
Competitive hourly pay
