Responsibilities of a Pattern Maker:

• Understanding design concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by designers.
• Creating accurate patterns for various garment parts, ensuring proper fit and construction.
• Considering fabric properties and suggesting appropriate materials for the design.
• Collaborating with sample makers to create prototypes and refine patterns based on fit and aesthetic evaluations.
• Adjusting patterns to create different sizes within a range, ensuring consistent fit across sizes.
• Working closely with designers, production teams, and sample makers to ensure dentifying and resolving issues related to fit, construction, or pattern accuracy.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices in pattern making.
• Training and guiding junior pattern makers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
