The role of the Peer Worker is to work alongside the Clinical Coordinator to provide coordinated clinical care for people living with complex and enduring mental illness. Clinical Care will be provided to clients in line with a treatment plan created by a GP or psychiatrist. The Clinical Coordinator will guide the care that will be provided to clients and collaborate with the Peer Support Worker to liaise with local networks in the community and provide the support required for each client on their mental health journey.
