Your day-to-day:
You will provide sound, customer centric advice while being proactive in ensuring an exceptional employee experience across Lotto NZ. You will work closely with people leaders establishing effective working relationships to enable the delivery of HR services that are fit for purpose and aligned with Lotto NZ policy and best practices.
Your team:
This is a busy role that reports directly to the Head of People and Culture. While you will work autonomously and take full ownership of your designated portfolio, it’s a very supportive team who learn and grow together. You will collaborate with team members and managers providing practical guidance on HR matters, ER, Talent Acquisition, Remuneration, Employee and Team Engagement. You will bring a curious, non-judgmental approach to interactions, acting with integrity, confidentiality, and fairness.
A bit about you:
You will already be contributing within a People and Culture team and be confident in the key aspects of the HR lifecycle. You have a passion for the people aspect of business and may well have this as a specialist area of your study. You will be hungry for an opportunity to own your own portfolio with the space to work on projects and interest areas. You have an eye for the future and want to grow and development strongly in your career.
