We’re looking for a performance-minded creative who understands how to turn content into pieces that communicate value to our audience. This role is focused on creating media that connects with our audience and performs in paid advertising environments

What you’ll do

• Create and edit short-form video and image content designed for paid ads
• Develop and test creative variations using hooks, angles, and iterations
• Analyze performance data and refine creative based on results
• Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and positioning
• Support organic content when it aligns with paid media strategy

Who You Are

• Experienced in creating creative specifically for paid social
• Understand how storytelling and audience psychology impact performance
• Creative but structured in how you work
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content used in paid advertising
• Understanding of what makes ads perform (hooks, angles, pacing)
• Ability to think strategically about creative testing and iteration
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership
• Portfolio or examples of relevant work required

Pay & Growth

• $25–$35/hr depending on experience
• Opportunity to grow hours and responsibility based on results
• Performance-driven culture with clear expectations

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
