Job Summary:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with strong experience in building and optimizing sales funnels and managing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be proficient in tools like CartFlows, Elementor, WooCommerce, and have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Meerut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Build, integrate, and optimize sales funnels using CartFlows, Elementor, and WooCommerce
• Create and manage landing pages using WordPress
• Set up and manage tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, creatives, and funnel elements
• Optimize ad performance to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase conversion rates
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to deliver high-converting funnels
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for writing ad copy, landing page content, and retargeting scripts
• Design basic creatives using Canva for ads and funnel graphics

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in ads management and funnel building
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, CartFlows, and WooCommerce
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with lead generation funnels, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies
• Ability to set up and manage tracking tools (GTM, Pixel, UTM parameters)
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
• Good understanding of social media platforms
• Excellent knowledge of landing page structure and user journey optimization

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Email marketing and automation (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
• WhatsApp automation or chatbot integration
• Experience with CRM tools

Location: Meerut (Onsite)
