Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Travel: Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Correspondence: Draft emails, letters, memos, and other correspondence
- Presentations: Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing papers
- Errands: Run errands, such as shopping or paying bills
- Time management: Help with daily time management and prioritizing tasks
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for phone calls and emails, and take messages
- Filing: Manage filing systems and data
- Research: Carry out background research and present findings
- Liaison: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staffs
Skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages
- Well verse in both English and Mandarin language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
