We are seeking a Personal Assistant with the poise, discretion, and confidence of Donna Paulsen — someone who brings equal parts professionalism and intuition to the table. This is not just a support role; it’s a cornerstone position that will keep our operations seamless and our team elevated.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a right-hand to an executive with high-level scheduling, travel, communication, and meeting preparation

· Anticipate needs before they arise (telepathy preferred, but extreme attention to detail will do)

· Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters

· Professionally interface with clients, partners, and staff

· Manage inbox, draft correspondence, and prioritize tasks with little direction

· Coordinate meetings, prep materials, and follow up on tasks like a boss

· Be the calm in the chaos—and bring a little sparkle while you're at it

· Highly organized with elite-level time management skills

· Unflappable under pressure, adaptable, resourceful and quick with solutions
