Opportunity for someone who is well versed on all the responsibilities of an exceptional Personal Assistant but also wants to add broader value to the leadership team and division.

Te Tūranga | The role:

First and foremost, you will support the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) and Audit & Assurance GMs to be successful in their roles, through providing a range of organisational, executive, and general administrative support.

You will provide the general blend of PA support including diary and inbox management; act as a liaison point; helping with the coordination and delivery of priorities to deadlines; as well as other general administrative duties that come with an PA role.

  • You will be excited and motivated to contribute at a broader level and purpose while still making sure all the organisational, executive and administrative needs are met.
  • Naturally you will bring strong PA experience and have all the boxes ticked for generic PA skills: strong time management; highly organised; able to effectively prioritise; proactive; able to work under pressure in a fast paced, changing and dynamic environment; discrete and able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and you will be a team player with exceptional stakeholder management across all levels.
  • On top of that you will be a contributing member of the leadership team and a go-to person for the Senior Leadership Team and in their absence.
  • You will demonstrate sound problem solving and critical thinking skills, have strong communication skills and be able to contribute towards reporting, board papers and presentations.
