Personal Lines Insurance Agent

We’re looking for a motivated Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. Ideally, you already hold a 440 or 220 license—but if you’re the right fit, we’re willing to train you and help you earn your license.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with policy changes and service requests

• Look for opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships

• Educate clients on coverage options and recommendations

• Handle remarkets, renewals, and gather information for quotes

• Write new policies and support agency growth

• Support fellow Personal Lines agents when they’re out of the office

• Provide excellent service while working closely with a team that values collaboration and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• A current 440 or 220 license (preferred), or willingness to obtain one with our support

• Strong communication skills and a genuine care for helping people

• Team-player mindset—you thrive in a close, family-like environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
