Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join our Personal Lines team. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys a sales-driven environment and wants to build a successful, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue motor, home, and van insurance quotations (inbound & outbound)
- Convert quotations into new business sales
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Cross-sell and generate referrals across Life, Pensions, and Health products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and quotation targets
- Complete all related administration accurately
Qualifications
- CIP, APA Personal General Insurance qualification, or grandfathered status
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong product knowledge across Personal Lines insurance
- Knowledge of competitor products and pricing
- RELAY system experience an advantage
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Customer retention and relationship management skills
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage
- Proven sales focus and ambition to progress in a sales career
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
