Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. We will train and license qualified candidates* This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pest control, sales, and outdoor maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in pest control, construction, roofing, lawn care, or landscaping is a plus. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and skill development in pest management techniques and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment needs
• Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and equipment
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely and effectively
• Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of treatment areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Promote sales by recommending additional services or products that benefit clients' property health

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, or landscaping is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and sales opportunities
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
• Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management and property maintenance
• Must pass background checks and adhere to safety regulations at all times

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
