As a Pet Handler, you will be the first friendly face that greets pets and their parents when they arrive at our clinic. Your role is to ensure pets are handled with care, guiding pet parents to the reception, and making sure their visit is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Reporting to: Clinic Manager

Job location: Supertails Pet Clinic, Koramangala

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting pets and pet parents as they arrive at Supertails Pet Clinic.

⦁ Safely and confidently handle pets, ensuring they feel comfortable from entry to exit.

⦁ Guide pet parents to the reception area and assist with any basic queries or guidance needed.

⦁ Take responsibility for the pets’ well-being while they are inside the clinic, ensuring they are calm and comfortable.

⦁ Work closely with the front desk and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and an efficient clinic flow.

⦁ Maintain a clean and organized area for pets waiting or being monitored within the clinic.

⦁ Communicate clearly and effectively with pet parents, ensuring they are informed about any wait times or instructions.

Requirements:

⦁ Must be a pet parent.

⦁ Minimum of 6 months of hands-on work experience with pets (such as in a pet clinic, boarding, or similar environment).

⦁ Proficient in English and at least two additional languages, preferably Kannada & Hindi.

⦁ Physically capable of handling pets of various sizes and temperaments.

⦁ A friendly, calm, and patient demeanour to create a positive experience for pets and their parents.

⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
