Job Summary
Associated Maritime Pharmacies owns and operates 8 Guardian Pharmacies in and around HRM. We are hiring for full time (30-40 hrs) Pharmacy Assistant at our Rockingham Guardian location on Farnham Gate Road in Halifax. The shifts for this position may include evenings and weekends. Due to the flexibility in location required for this role, reliable transportation is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate would be responsible for fulfilling the role of a pharmacy assistant; including but not limited to, customer service, prescription order entry and preparation of prescriptions. You'd be joining an exciting and dynamic team of pharmacy professionals in a fast paced but rewarding environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Either
- a pharmacy assistant or technician diploma and/or
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy assistant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
