We are seeking an Over the Counter Sales Assistant to join our team. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Able to take own initiative as well as work well within a team.
The role will involve:
- Engaging actively with customers and providing a high standard in customer service.
- Advising customers about the safe and appropriate use of OTC medicines and products.
- Communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including patients, pharmacy staff and other health professionals.
- Managing pharmacy stock levels and ensuring date checking is done according to store policy.
- Cash handling/till duties.
- Maintaining good house-keeping and cleaning of pharmacy shop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€17.73 per hour
