As Pharmacy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive performance through excellent service and retail strategy. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where your experience and ideas will be valued and rewarded.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in an Irish pharmacy (essential)
• Retail management experience (strong advantage)
• Pharmacy experience required
• Pharmacy Technician qualification (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident in problem-solving, analysis, and time management
• Motivated by targets and passionate about customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure each team member understands their role and responsibilities
• Identify training needs and support team development
• Seek out and act on new business opportunities
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
• Take on additional duties or projects as required
