Responsibilities

• Develop tailored rehabilitation plans that align with patients’ goals and medical advice.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Skills

• Proven hospital experience with a strong understanding of acute care environments.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in pediatric or general healthcare settings.
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
