About Rise Studio
Rise Studio is a boutique movement and wellness space offering high-quality Pilates and Yoga in a warm, community-focused environment. We pride ourselves on exceptional teaching standards, inclusive classes, and a welcoming studio atmosphere.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys working with a variety of clients, values great class experiences, and can be flexible with scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality Pilates classes
- Adapt classes for different abilities and experience levels
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
- Maintain professional standards aligned with Rise Studio values
- Be available for short-notice cover when required
- Assist with studio operations when needed (optional)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months teaching experience (Mat and/or Reformer depending on qualification)
- Fully qualified Pilates Instructor (relevant certification required)
- Confident cueing, clear communication, and strong class presence
- Availability for mid-week and weekend work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Eligible to work in Ireland
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience or interest in barista / coffee service
