Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dough and toppings according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Assemble pizzas with attention to detail, ensuring proper ingredient distribution and presentation
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal cooking results
• Maintain food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or improvements based on customer preferences and industry trends
• Support food preparation activities for catering events or special orders as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold a positive dining atmosphere

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Proven skills in food handling, knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety protocols
• Fine dining or culinary experience enhances your ability to craft high-quality pizzas with finesse
• Familiarity with the food industry, kitchen operations, and food service standards is advantageous
• Experience in menu planning or catering can contribute to innovative pizza offerings
• Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment are essential for success
