We are a locally owned Interior Plantscape company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working with plants, being hands-on, and bringing beauty to indoor and seasonal spaces, this could be the perfect job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install indoor plants and containers at client locations
• Perform seasonal outdoor plantings and displays
• Assist in the installation and takedown of holiday decorations (interior and exterior)
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our company
• Follow design plans and instructions to ensure quality and consistency
• Safely load/unload plant material, supplies, and décor

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with plants, landscaping, or installation is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs, work on ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and works well in a team environment
