Job Title: Neutraliser & Bleacher Operator – Edible Oil Refinery

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and monitoring the neutralisation and bleaching sections of the edible oil refinery process to ensure high-quality refined oil production. The operator manages process parameters, maintains equipment, and ensures smooth coordination between different refining stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and control the neutraliser and bleacher units as per SOPs.
Monitor parameters like temperature, vacuum, pressure, and chemical dosing.
Handle degumming, neutralisation, and bleaching of crude edible oils.
Prepare and add required chemicals (caustic, phosphoric acid, bleaching earth, etc.) accurately.
Ensure proper filtration and separation during processing.
Maintain process records, batch reports, and daily production logs.
Coordinate with the deodoriser and filtration sections for continuous operation.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report abnormalities or breakdowns.
Follow all safety, quality, and food hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

2–5 years of experience in edible oil refining, especially in neutraliser and bleacher operations.
Good understanding of refining processes and vacuum/heat exchange systems.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and report preparation.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
