Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales:
- Participate on live prospect calls as the Saltmine platform expert (how we use Saltmine) and more broadly be a subject matter expert as a professional designer in helping the clients designers understand how Saltmine can help them.
Pre-Sales or Proof of Concept Stage:
- Be the internal captain getting the client’s design work produced, either directly or through our operations teams.
Post-Sale:
- Directly assigned to clients alongside a customer success rep
- Lead training for newly signed customers, both onsite and remote
- Manage production teams internally similar to above
- Customer support for ongoing technical questions
Ongoing:
- Confidently execute layout and design changes using Saltmine
- As a power user of Saltmine, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we have the best product possible. From product requests to logging issues, you’ll be part of the making of this revolutionary platform.
Attributes and Characteristics:
- Self starter + team player
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Organized and able to track multiple workstreams and prioritize in terms of urgency and impact
- Able to deliver high quality interior design solutions (test fits + schematic designs)
- Convey confidence and be comfortable as the primary interface for customer relationship(s)
- Hungry for growth and excited to take on additional responsibility as it becomes available
Skills + Experience:
- 0-3 years in workplace or interior design
- Proficient with CAD, Revit, Sketchup
- Basic project management experience
- Ownership for content in client-facing environment
