Redmond Property Maintenance are currently seeking fully qualified RGI registered plumbers to join our existing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a team player and will be reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:-
· Carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and safety inspections of domestic heating systems & appliances, drainage and water supplies,
· Comply with company procedures and relevant health & safety statutory requirements at all times.
· Maintain company issued equipment and materials in a clean, serviceable and safe manner.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:-
· Good fault finding ability.
· Excellent understanding of general plumbing & heating systems.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Full Driving licence required as company van will be provided.
Attitude and disposition:-
· Possess high standards of personal workmanship.
· Have good communication skills.
Be able to build good working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike.
