No plumbing experience? No problem.

If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide paid, on-the-job training alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers while helping you work toward earning your Texas plumbing license.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs and installations
• Load, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Dig, haul materials, and perform physically demanding work on job sites
• Assist with occasional septic-related service work
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in homeowners' residences
• Show up on time, ready to learn and contribute every day

What We're Looking For (Required)

• No plumbing experience required—we'll train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable performing physical work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to work
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, maintenance, or other skilled trades
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools
• Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
