Among an international team, you will be in charge of the following tasks (non exhaustive) :
Monitoring a portfolio of projects to ensure its alignment with the required objectives
Monitoring the main components of the projects (scope, budget, planning, risks)
Communicating regular reports on the progress of the projects to the various stakeholders concerned
Drafingt and monitoring calls for tenders for external services
Identifying, assessing and monitoring the risks associated with the projects
Contributing to the supervision of releasing
Coordinating the resolution of incidents if necessary.
You have ideally a Bachelor and minimum 6 years of experience
You have great skills in JIRA but also in Confluence
Open-minded, you have the ability to question oneself and to adapt yourself according to different stakeholders
You are solution-minded with a good sense of client service.
As English is mandatory, you are able also to speak French fluently.
