An opportunity has arisen for a Porter to join our Welcome team.
About you:

About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Porter to join our Welcome team.
About you:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the role of Porter or similar role.
- Driving license (mandatory).
- Eligible to work 40 hours per week without restrictions.
- Good knowledge of Opera.
- Being responsible for the security of the lobby area and the front door.
- Maintaining safe parking and storage of guests’ car and keys.
- Being responsible for the safe handling and storage of all guest luggage and parcels.
- Ensuring all guest’s requirements are met during their stay.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver the same exceptional standards.
- Ensuring the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents.
- Maintaining a safe and harmonious working and customer environment and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Liaising with the Management team to ensure that service is of the highest standard.
