Do you love to make a property beautiful and also assist with maintenance? Want to be part of a great team at a fantastic community? Then this could be the job for you!
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours/week, working hours are 8 AM - Noon Monday through Friday. (*there can be some flexibility around this schedule if needed, for instance if one weekday off is needed but can work a full day on one of the other days)
Location: Bexley Central Park - Grand Prairie, TX
Pay: Starting at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses
We are currently seeking a highly skilled & motivated maintenance porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.
Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities. Join us as we continue to grow in Dallas.
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some interior/exterior maintenance experience a plus.
Job Duties Include:
- Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities
- Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance
- Clean swimming pool and pool area
- Preventative Maintenance
