Join Our Pottery Painting Studio in the Heart of Dublin!
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and creative assistant to join our busy studio team. If you’ve got a passion for art, enjoy working with people, and thrive in lively, social environments, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll help deliver a fun, relaxed, and welcoming experience for customers of all ages. From guiding people through the painting process to helping manage collections and unloading our kilns, you’ll be right at the centre of the studio buzz.
This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, loves working with people, and is available for most weekends and some evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Welcome visitors, explain the painting process, and keep the vibe friendly, fun, and inclusive.
- Studio Upkeep: Keep the space organised, tidy, and stocked—especially during busy times.
- Bookings & Collections: Support with customer queries, bookings, refunds, and managing the collection of finished pieces.
- Pottery Processing: Assist with waxing, glazing, and kiln unloading (full training provided).
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, reliable, and organised, with strong communication skills (fluent English required).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A genuine interest in art, creativity, or ceramics (experience with pottery is a bonus, but not essential).
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and keep things running in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available most weekends and some evenings.
