PR & Marketing Executive at The Foundry

The Foundry is seeking a passionate and creative PR & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for storytelling and fostering connections, this could be the perfect role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Serve as a storyteller, crafting compelling content for digital platforms including our website, social media channels, EDMs, press materials, and marketing initiatives.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and partnerships, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with our brand vision.
• Photography & Videography: Use basic photography and videography skills to capture and create engaging visuals for digital content and campaigns.
• Media Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and secure meaningful coverages that amplify The Foundry’s brand presence.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand The Foundry’s reach and drive engagement through meaningful partnerships.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to execute project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Industry Engagement: Stay connected to the F&B and hospitality industries, fostering relationships with culturally diverse and like-minded individuals.

• A passionate self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and discretion.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Enthusiastic about food, drink, and cultural storytelling, with a creative and strategic mindset.

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and similar tools for email communication, data analysis, and presentation creation.
• Proficiency in basic photography and videography, including editing software.
• Familiarity with the F&B and hospitality industry is a plus.
• Experience with influencer marketing and media relations is a plus.
