We are a dynamic and innovative General Practice in Dublin 8 looking for an Office Manager.
Responsibilities of the role may include:
- Day to day operations of the practice e.g. co-ordinate daily, weekly and monthly managerial tasks relating to practice staff & ensure the smooth running of the front desk.
- Optimize work-flows
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Track income streams: private practice, GMS and state contracts
- Track practice expenses
- Book keeping & maintenance of practice spreadsheets.
- Co-ordinate payroll
- Complaint handling
- Provide HR support to existing staff
- Support recruitment processes for new staff.
- Schedule & attend practice and partner meetings.
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Staff to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
A suitable candidate would be enthusiastic, forward thinking, solution focused, and demonstrate excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. Experience in General Practice and familiarity with PCRS and Socrates would be preferable. Managerial experience and IT proficiency is essential.

Pay: €19.00-€27.00 per hour
