The Preschool & Daycare Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for young children. She will plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities, manage daily routines, and support children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development in alignment with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom and daycare environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Follow Montessori and play-based teaching methods to encourage independent learning.
• Observe, record, and assess children’s progress regularly.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage daily routines including snack time, nap time, outdoor play, and other structured activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development, daily updates, and concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth school operations.
• Handle children with empathy, patience, and respect.
• Follow all school policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Help for home work and tutor afterschool care children.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with preschool or daycare children.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Passionate about working with children and helping them grow.
• Energetic, creative, and patient personality.
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
