About Us:
LITTLE incisors is a nurturing and inclusive learning environment dedicated to the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and support young learners in their critical early years of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards and developmental goals.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student development.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- State teaching certification/licensure .
- Prior experience teaching children ages [1 Year ].
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience with [e.g., Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Play-based curriculum]
- Bilingual (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,010.81 - ₹18,000.00 per month
