Position Overview: Preschool Teacher

At Club Pure, our Preschool Teachers play a vital role in shaping the future of young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll be both a role model and a nurturing guide, dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and inspiring classroom environment. Beyond just teaching, you'll be passionate about igniting curiosity, building confidence, and creating a space where every child feels encouraged to explore and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Daily Lesson Plans: Deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons that spark creativity and learning.
• Foster a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom while promoting the emotional and physical safety of all students.
• Support Children’s Development: Encourage imaginative play, self-esteem, and curiosity in the classroom.
• Model Positive Behavior: Join students during meal and snack times to promote good table manners and social skills.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure school security and overall classroom success.
• Flexibility: Assist in other classrooms as needed to support the needs of the school.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
• CDA (Child Development Associate) certification preferred.
• Completion of 45 DCF credit hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for early childhood education and development.

Compensation:

• Hourly position with weekly pay.
• Compensation based on experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
