Are you an experienced Press Brake or CNC Milling Machine Operator? Due to continuing growth at Logstrup, based in Tuam, we have opportunities for experienced Operators on both our day and evening shift teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, setting, and adjusting machines to meet job specifications.
• Operating Press Brake / CNC Milling Machines to bend, form and mill sheet metal.
• Reading and working from drawings, adjusting programmes as needed.
• Selecting and loading appropriate tooling and materials.
• Measuring, aligning, and securing materials for accurate bending.
• Perform in-process inspection using vernier calipers and micrometres.
• Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience setting up and operating press brake / cnc milling equipment in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication and bending / milling processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
