About the Role

This posting is to fill a current opening for a new position within the team.

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support and maintain our customer pricing structure across multiple customer types. This role focuses on developing pricing models, managing pricing tiers, and supporting the sales team with consistent, competitive, and profitable pricing.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and leadership to support data-driven pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models for products and customer pricing tiers
• Analyze cost changes, vendor pricing, and market conditions to recommend pricing updates
• Support customer segmentation and tiered pricing strategies
• Assist with customer-specific pricing requests and pricing exceptions
• Maintain customer price lists and ensure pricing accuracy in internal systems
• Partner with sales to provide pricing guidance and to resolve pricing issues
• Monitor pricing trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the ongoing review and maintenance of pricing structures and processes

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining pricing structures
• Ability to interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience working with pricing models, customer tiers, or product pricing is an asset
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
