Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Provide directions and information to residents, families, and guests
• Support general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, light typing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Front desk or receptionist experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and professional demeanor
