About the role

We’re looking for a Process and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive operational excellence across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The Process and Reporting Analyst will analyse business data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and maintain accurate process maps and work instructions. We expect you will lead improvements that enhance the experience for clients and staff, and support capacity planning with data insights.

Along with managing key tools and systems used across the business, you will also collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business goals and risk standards.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in process analysis, business reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
