We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team in Vadapalani, Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling international calls for US clients related to medical claims. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various customer queries and concerns. This role requires working in a night shift.
This is a complete voice process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries and complaints via phone.
- Provide excellent customer service with accurate information and solutions to client issues.
- Accurately process medical claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and claims processed.
- Contribute for quality improvement and development of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor degree
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US Shift
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
Schedule:
- US shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
