Salary: ₹26,000 to ₹34,000 CTC

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for both technical and non-technical processes. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate customer queries via call and ensure timely resolution.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide the best possible resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet customer requirements and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and accurate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
