You will own critical driver-partner-facing processes across Uber's ANZ markets, ensuring they operate effectively, remain compliant with local regulations, and deliver a seamless experience for driver-partners. The role focuses on improving outcomes for Uber, regulators, and driver-partners through strong process design, execution, and assurance, while leading initiatives to remediate gaps and unlock value through automation and offshoring. - Own and manage the tools and systems that govern driver-partner access to the Uber platform, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering a seamless onboarding and ongoing driver-partner experience.
