Main responsibilities

The Procurement Buyer is responsible for Purchase Order fulfillment and delivery processes within necessary time constraints with respect to contractual SLAs:

• Receiving and analyzing purchase request from customers
• Performing required RFQ and Purchase Order processes
• Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
• Managing expediting and delivery processes

Your Profile

• Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Customer Service environment

Skills & Competences

• Strong communication skills
• Ownership to take responsibility for results
• Can-do-attitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
• Stress-resistant
• Interested in working with different languages
• Microsoft Office knowledge(Excel, Outlook,…)
• Advanced computer skills : ERP system (SAP, Dynamics) (is a plus)

Languages

Business English is a must (corporate language)
