Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, product ranges, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances.
- Work with different department to do demand planning and ordering of inventory for various brands and to ensure cashflow is in-line with project through timely.
- Evaluate and negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality.
- Conduct verification and match delivery order, purchase order and other documentation for finance processing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experiences, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
